for Premier BJJ in Harrow, Ruislip & Newton Abbot
Premier were once again honoured to have Roger Gracie's father, Master Mauricio - 8th degree coral belt come to Harrow and teach a great class and award some new belts.
Congratulations to all Premier members that received stripes and special congratulations to our new blue belts: Graham Bright, Akif Hussain & Brendan Malloy and new purple belt Simon Cristol.
Congratulations to Sam Welch winning his MMA fight by arm bar in round 1 against an excellent opponent.

We're pleased announce we're adding our awesome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme to the Ruislip academy.
"Beginner adults and separate beginner kids classes will be starting in April".

Congratulations to Graham Bright on a great performance at this years IBJJF Europeans held in Lisbon. Graham definitely showed he is around the best in Europe.
Our last class is officially Wednesday 20th December and the first class back is Wednesday 3rd January 2018.
